Missed you ? I can't believe I've survived until now. Living in Darwin,
catalogue-shopping takes on monumental significance - you put the answering
machine on and you don't allow visitors near the house. Thankfully, the t-shirts
and shorts we bought years ago are still with us (the Fez t-shirt is looking a bit
sad, but 8 years is not bad going). It's definitely time we acquired new ones so
WELCOME BACK ! We used your mozzie coil post card as our wedding invitation in
1994 - it's a Darwin icon. I still have my original REMO key holder too - amazing
how many people recognise it and reminisce about the 'old days', when the arrival
of a REMO catalogue was a major event at the local post office (not to mention
the arrival of a REMO parcel of goodies). Ben tornati, as they say in the home
country. You'll be hearing from us.

| Thank goodness for Remo! One thing this Christmas was easy - doing the Christmas shopping and mailing at the click of a button. I moved house 2 days ago (!) Crazy, insane. At least the shopping was done and I didn't have to deal with MORE sticky tape. Love you guys.

| Couldn't be Better 3 Internet orders, one that I added to by phone hours later. Never a problem or hint of annoyance. Items always well packed and speedy, important considering the precious cargo.

| GREAT SERVICE Never could understand how people bought things from catalogues until I had children & couldn't leave the house. Still catalogue shopping but on the 'net these days - Remo has SUPREME customer service. Usually receive my goods the next day unlike other 'net services which can take weeks. Always pleasant on the phone for queries. It's the first place I go to for shopping now; especially for gifts.

| Jumbled sale I love the unpredicatability of your stock - a change from the homogenous flavour of products so frequently found elsewhere. But I'm with Chris K - are there really 118 special things? I browse, click for a better look, go back, and hey presto the items are shuffled..or repeated. Sometimes like wrestlng a jellyfish. Had to look several times for an item I knew was there..but did not appear at first. Only a small gripe.. I'll always keep coming back. Excellent post sale service.

| Excellent as ever So far I have only made the one on-line purchase and the speed and quality is as good as the old days.
Keep it up, we are only human. Even American Presidents get things totally wrong.

| 1st time shopper experience Loved some of the products and as a first time shopper impressed with rapid delivery but have to agree with Chris K and Lucy L, repetition a bit of a pain when you're in a hurry and while some items were advertised in special things (with varying sizes eg the Bottled Olive Oils with Lime) not all sizes were available to choose from in the choice selection drop down boxes so my order was about four items less than it would have been. Will be back though to look for more 'just a little different' products

| Web Page annoyance Hi,
No problems with the ordering itself - clear order form and lightspeed delivery.
BUT:
I know it's quirky and all, but the random repeating of products from page to page when Turbo-Browsing seems to mean that some products just will NOT show up during a given browsing session.
That's annoying at best if you know exactly what you're looking for, but you might lose a serendipitous sale here and there simply by not telling people what you have available.
