Dr Bach was a Harley Street doctor and a well known bacteriologist who identified 38 basic negative states of mind and created a plant or flower based remedy for each one.

I have always kept a special place in my heart for Rescue Remedy. Excellent for all the family. Exam stress, new school year anxiety, presentation worries etc. So there I was going "haha I won't buy that Remo cos I have some." Went to find it....gone! Shock horror. | Boyfriend LOVES them!
My boyfriend - a stress head - swears by the pastilles. I'm pretty cruisy so haven't tried them yet. Did give one to the dog once but Fred's a basset hound so hard to tell. Have given them as gifts to stressy friends as well - have proved to be very popular (both me and the pastilles)!!

| A life saver
I was very ill some years ago and am quite sure that without Rescue Remedy the outcome could have been very dire. I was given several lots whilst I was waiting for the ambulance and immediately felt calmer and more hopeful. Since then I would never dream of leaving home without it.The pastilles are a cool idea ... and there is a cream too.
